TEAM GYMNASTICS
Our program is designed for children who are interested in taking their gymnastics skills to the next level and competing at a higher level.
Our experienced coaches will lead participants through the fundamentals of safe landings, locomotion, balances, swings, rotations, and springs. We believe that a strong foundation in these basic skills is essential for success in gymnastics, and we take great care to ensure that each child is progressing at a safe and appropriate pace.
Each practice begins with a warm-up game or activity designed to get the children moving and engaged. After the warm-up, participants complete gym circuits that incorporate a variety of apparatus, including bars, vault, trampoline, rings, and beam. Our coaches provide personalized instruction to help each child develop their skills and build confidence in their abilities.
Our team gymnastics program is not just about developing gymnastics skills, but also about building character and fostering a love of the sport. Children learn the value of hard work, perseverance, and teamwork as they work together to achieve their goals.
So whether your child is just starting out in gymnastics or is already an experienced gymnast, come join us and discover the many benefits of our team gymnastics program!

Gymnastics Gives Kids
(and Adults):
Promotes Physical Fitness
Gymnastics is a full-body workout that can help children build their endurance, strength, and flexibility. It can also help them develop their balance, coordination, and spatial awareness. Regular participation in gymnastics can promote a healthy lifestyle and reduce the risk of obesity, heart disease, and other health problems.
Develops Discipline
Gymnastics requires discipline, focus, and dedication. Children who participate in gymnastics must learn to follow instructions and practice regularly to improve their skills. This discipline can carry over into other areas of their lives, such as schoolwork and personal relationships.
Builds Self-Esteem
As children progress in gymnastics and achieve new skills, they develop a sense of accomplishment and self-esteem. This can help them build confidence in other areas of their lives and set them up for success in the future.
Enhances Social Skills
Gymnastics is often taught in a group setting, which provides children with the opportunity to interact with their peers and build social skills. They learn to work as a team, support and encourage each other, and develop friendships that can last a lifetime.
Provides a Safe and Structured Environment
Gymnastics classes are conducted in a safe and structured environment under the supervision of qualified coaches. Children learn to perform skills correctly and safely, reducing the risk of injury. Additionally, gymnastics can be a positive outlet for children to channel their energy and emotions in a constructive way.
Develop life Long Learning Skills
Gymnastics is about repeating movements and experiences to gain proficiency in skills. The benefits of learning gymnastics extend into many aspects of life and aide people in healthy, and resilient growth for the rest of their lives.
