How to Register
Online registration requires an online account. This can be set up during your first registration, but can also be set up ahead of time.
Our classes run at full capacity, and the online system gives the best opportunity to enroll in the class of your choice. We also accept registration in person, and can help you over the phone (though we will still need you to complete a waiver online).
If your program of choice is full, please be sure to register onto the WAIT LIST (either online – or by calling us). We work hard to meet program demand and are often able to move people into appropriate programs.
Annual Fees $45
Upon each participant’s first enrollment each season (Sept – June), the Glacier Gymnastics Club’s Annual Membership Dues, and the annual Gymnastics BC registration fee are due. These fees are not included in the list prices – and are paid once a year. These fees will be shown on your statement as ONE AMOUNT listed as “Annual Fees“. Recreational programs currently pay $45. Casual Membership Fee – $18
If you are not already a member from a previous program Sep-Jun – an $18 Casual Membership fee is required to participate in holiday and summer camps. If you have been registered in one of our programs this season you will not be charged this fee.
Registration is accepted on a “first paid, first served basis”, and due at the time of registration. If you have not provided for method of payment online, YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE PUT ON HOLD and is considered INCOMPLETE. It is your responsibility to contact the club and communicate how you will be providing payment. If we do not hear from you within one working day, the registration is subject to cancellation. All online payments will be processed by Glacier Gymnastics Club once your registration has been reviewed, you are not able to process the payment yourself.
To pay in person, we accept cash or cheque at the office during regular business hours. It is expected this will be completed within 2-3 days; PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE the start of your first class. Payment via alternative funding should be arranged within the same time frame; it is best to arrange this in advance. Attendance in class is not permitted without payment arrangements in place.
A $20 fee applies to all NSF cheques.
Refund Policy – Regular Season Classes
There are no refunds after the 2nd week of classes except for medical reasons and with a doctor’s note. The following are non-refundable:

Funding Assistance Options
Each of the many funding organizations have their own systems and procedures -most of whom appreciate or require arrangements being made in advance. We do not waive our payment policy for those requesting assistance, but are more than happy to work with you and your funding organization of choice. Please arrange for funding in advance of registration, as it makes the entire process much easier.
Three of the more popular funding sources operate quite differently.
KidSport (ages 7 and up)
Completed forms will be treated like cash. Please bring the forms to the gym office and let us forward to KidSport Nelson. For further information and forms please visit the Kidsport website. (Note that KidSport does not fund seasonal camps.)
A4K must be applied for through their office (online or paper applications). They notify us of your approval, and we treat your registration as complete. For further information and forms please visit the A4K website. It is recommended that you make your application 6 weeks before the start of the program.

After the Fall & Winter sessions, members with a child currently enrolled in a recreational class are invited to re-register for the next session (hold your spot for the same class, day & time). Hold-Your-Spot must be completed by the advertised deadline, after which registration is closed until the General Registration opens to the public and new members.

- Use the drop down menus to select your class.
- ** If your chosen spot is full – be sure to register to the Wait List **
Method of payment must be provided for. Contact the club to pay via cash or cheque.
How to Change Class Times / Days?
- Simply register to the new time you wish to attend.
Once the re-registration period is over – so long as there is enough space in the new class, you will be moved to your chosen spot. If classes are full, your old spot will be reserved for you.
We do not offer to hold spots after the Spring session – as each Fall marks the start of a new Gymnastics season and the Fall registration is always first come first served.
