Adult Gymnastics

Traditional gymnastics classes – all levels welcome!
Classes focus on basic abilities on floor, tumble track and bars. This is a structured program that provides a safe progressive learning environment.

Glacier gymnastics is offering Adult Gymnastics Fitness Classes!

Single Visit GYM FIT Pass $13.00

  • No Annual Membership Required for your First Visit!
  • Single Visit Pass can only be purchased 1 time.
  • Can be used for any of the 4 different variety of classes offered.

5 Visit Punch Pass $60.00

  • Annual Membership Fee is required.
  • Can be used towards any of the GYM FIT classes offered.

10 Visit Punch Pas $110.00

  • Annual Membership Fee is required.
  • Can be used towards any of the GYM FIT classes offered.

Annual Membership Fee

  • If you are already registered for other programs at Glacier Gymnastics Club, your Annual Membership Fee will be either zeroed at check out or pro-rated depending on which program you are currently enrolled in and what type of Membership you already have.
  • One visit or a “trial class” is permitted without an Annual Membership purchase. Otherwise, All Participants are required to purchase an Annual Membership. This is required to ensure adequate injury and liability insurance is in place. Read more about our Membership Fees.

Get fit while your child enjoys their class. Increase strength, endurance, flexibility and power, using principles adapted from gymnastics training.


 

GYM FIT-HIIT45

This 45-minute class is a sure way to make you sweat and tone up fast! High Intensity Interval Training – HIIT – combines high intensity exercise intervals with lower intensity recovery periods to train the cardiovascular system helping you burn major calories, lose fat and keep muscle, and improve your heart health. All the GYMFIT HIIT45 classes are bodyweight focused so all you need to bring are your runners and a water bottle. For best results do HIIT workouts 1-3 times a week!

GYM FIT-Gymnastics Bodies

GymFit is a 1-hour program based on Gymnastics Strength Building. This is a program designed to help you not only train like a gymnast but to learn body mastery, look strong and feel mobile, it will build up your foundational strength and can help you to achieve skills you never thought possible. This program is great for any age group!

GYM FIT-Active Flex

A 45-minute stretch and strength building session. Since the beginning, Gymnastics has combined flexibility and strength together in training. As a result the body has increased range of motion,  better posture, increased blood circulation and decreased stress, and that’s only to name a few of the benefits it provides! Active flex will have you engaging muscles you didn’t even know you had!

GYM FIT-Plyo

Plyometrics is a dynamic form of exercise that helps to build your muscles speed-strength to enhance power. In this 1-hour class you will work hard to increase your explosiveness, coordination and agility!
