Competitive Program Overview

Featuring one of the best facilities in the Kootenays, the Glacier Gymnastics Club is a full-sized gymnasium, with multiple apparatus for both men's and women's artistic gymnastics.  Our Competitive program is dedicated to the development of youth through excellence in gymnastics.  We are proud to create an environment where athlete safety, health and wellness are our first priority.

 

Our coaching team is lead by three full time coaches, each with Level 3 National Coaching Certificate Program qualifications.  Our coaches apply this expertise, working hands-on with our athletes, helping them to develop and reach their full potential in the demanding areas of strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, agility, form, technical precision and artistic performance.  This is achieved through a rigorous training program involving stretching, conditioning, expert apparatus skills training and full choreography.
