Help Using PayPal
To make payment you may use a PayPal account.
Or you may use your credit card on its own (see the diagram below).
Payment options include use of a Canadian credit card (US cards will not work).
If you hold a valid PayPal account, you can also choose to use debit cards or direct payment from your bank.
  • Users have reported trouble using an existing PayPal account that is linked to an outdated credit card or sometimes an old email address that they can no longer remember the password for.
  • US credit cards do not work.
  • We recommend that you ensure your PayPal account is working before a registration period begins.
  • You do not need to use a PayPal account.  If you are having difficulty, try using your credit card without loging on to PayPal.  Follow the link on the left side of the payment page (see picture below).

Alternate Funding Options
We are more than happy to work with the various funding organizations that are active within our community.  We are generally as flexible as needed during the registration process, but registrants can do a lot to help registration go smoothly.  In general, registration will be easier if you have applied for your funding ahead of time and if you bring your completed paperwork to registration with you.

Following are some general guidelines for the more popular funding organizations. Email  us for more complete instructions and the steps you should follow.

KidSport Nelson

  • It is best to have your application completed before registration begins.  The form can be downloaded from their website.

    • A 3rd party adjudicator is required to complete a portion of the application.  Please have this completed ahead of time.
    • Bring the completed KidSport application to the Club.
    • The Club will complete Sports Organization section.
    • The Club prefers to forward the application to KidSport themselves.
  • We will treat a fully completed application like cash, and process your registration fully.
  • After registration, if your application is refused, you will be responsible for payment of your account and all program fees.
  • Glacier Gymnastics Club prefers on sending all applications to KidSport ourselves.

  • If you are applying for funding after registration has begun, we will ask that a portion of the class be paid in order to hold a spot and allow you time to get your application completed by an adjudicator.
